Ndiki Theological Seminary

Ndiki Theological Seminary in Cameroon

Pastors are not only theologians, but also teachers, counsellors, spiritual and social development aid workers, doctors, as well as conflict mediators in cases of societal emergencies and problems. People who preach the word of God and provide comprehensive care for people in society and respect them are urgently needed in Africa.

The “Institut Baptiste de Formation Théologique de Ndiki” (IBFTN) is a theological seminary with the goal of giving young men and women qualified training for pastoral service.

The most important goal of the IBFTN is to train qualified pastors for the congregations, who can fulfil their duties in an intellectual, spiritual and social regard. Roughly 40 students can choose between two courses of education: one is the general training of pastors, the other is the Bachelor exam. After completing their degree, they work as congregation pastors, evangelists or school chaplains. Some continue their studies at other theological institutions or at universities outside of Africa.

The “Institut Baptiste de Formation Théologique de Ndiki” (IBFTN) is located in Ndikinimeki/South Cameroon. On the campus, there are not only the classroom building, the library and the administrative offices, but also the simple flats for the students that live there in some cases with their families.

Your donations can help us provide the students with scholarships and health care, purchase classroom material, finance the salaries of the teachers, maintain the building and the equipment.
