The EBM Foundation for the promotion of gloabal missionary work

Within the Union of Evangelical Free Churches (BEFG), there is an “EBM foundation for the promotion of global missionary work.” The foundation regulators in the state of Brandenburg recognized the foundation in 2004. The chairman of the foundation is the general secretary of the European Baptist Mission, Pastor Christoph Haus.

The foundation pursues two goals. On the one hand, it promotes the EBM activities, but on the other hand it also wants to support all other global missionary projects within the Union of Evangelical Free Churches ranging from the working group active in Cameroon (German Baptist Aid) to the support group Terra Nova Mondai, which is involved in a social welfare and missionary development aid project in Brazil. As share capital, 61 private people and five communities donated over € 59,000.
