MASA supports staff training in view of the missionary work on the Isle of Youth and in the Las Tunas region. This training is an important foundation for church planting and church growth, and its contents are truly evangelical and mission-oriented.

Support for these projects includes materials, computers, scholarships for students at the Theological Seminary and support of the missionaries who are in charge of the courses.
