With the Borderless project, congregations receive the opportunity of inviting colleagues and pastors from Africa or Latin America for a short stay of no more than three months in Germany. The opportunity is provided to work in a partnership and learn from each other. In particular, Europeans can benefit from the implicit missionary commitment, faith and spirituality of Christians in Africa and Latin America and thereby be enriched and motivated. The Borderless teams are sent by their congregation unions in Africa and Latin America to Europe for a purpose.
