EBM INDIA's Baptist partner in Tallarevu is CREAM. The large premises holds the "House of Joy" children's home and a training centre. 40 apprentices, young men and women, obtain a basis for their future here. Some of them live in the children's home because they no longer have a home, while others come from the surrounding villages.

They usually receive one-year training in the areas of dressmaking, motorcycle mechanics, computers and metalworking. After their training, they can make a living for themselves. As of 2011, CREAM would like to offer another training programme for future electricians.

The children’s home and CREAM’s other projects are very closely connected with the nearby Baptist community Tallarevu, which supports both the home and the training centre and views the project as its own community charity.
