This is how you can become an EBM missionary
Application process
Since we are in European mission, the following steps are necessara for your application:
- Start your application process by requesting the application sheets from the EBM INTERNATIONAL mission office.

- Please send all the application forms to the EBM mission office, G.-W.- Lehmann-Str. 4, D-14641 Wustermark / OT Elstal
- The office will obtain the necessary personnel references and shall arrange a personal meeting with you
- After reviewing your apllication forms in the missionary centre in Elstal, the EBM will contact one of our African partner churches and try to place you in one of the open staff positions
- After this meeting, the mission office will forward your apllication forms to the union administration for a recommendation
- Then your application is presented to teh executive board (administration circle) and the EBM mission conferende for the final decision
- Finally, all the other steps that are necessary for departure are discussed with the mission office
- Be prepared for the application process to take 6-12 months
